Here is a quick and easy pattern for Halloween! These lace type motifs remind me a spiderweb. So what I did next? I strung them to make a garland as Halloween Décor. Super fast and easy crochet pattern! 🙂

Finished size: Each motif measures about 4.5″ wide.
Materials
- #2-Fine / sport weight yarn. (Approx: 12 yards for one motif)
- G-6, 4mm crochet hook
- Tapestry needle for weaving ends.
Gauge: Gauge is not very important for this pattern.
Abbreviations
- ch = chain
- sl st = slip stitch
- sc = single crochet
- hdc = half double crochet
- dc = double crochet
- st(s) = stitch(s)
- ch – sp = chain space
- * to ; = repeat * to the instructions.

Notes
- Make as many motifs as you want.
- Use your favorite Halloween colors to crochet each motif. (I used orange and black)
Motif (crocheted in two colors, orange and black)
Make a magic ring.
Round 1: ch 1, 8 hdc into the ring, sl st to first st. (8 sts)
Round 2: chainless starting dc, *ch 3, dc in next st; repeat * to around, sl st to first dc. (8 dc)
Round 3: chainless starting dc, *ch 3, sc in ch-sp, ch 3, dc in next dc; repeat * to around, sl st to first dc. (8 dc / 8 sc)
Round 4: chainless starting dc, *ch 4, hdc in next sc, ch 4, dc in next dc; repeat * to around, sl st to first dc. (8 dc / 8 hdc)
Round 5: chainless starting dc, *ch 5, sc in next hdc, ch 5, dc in next dc; repeat * to around, sl st to first dc. (8 dc / 8 sc)
Fasten off and weave the ends.
Joining motif to make a garland,
Crochet ch 30 using orange yarn. Pick one motif you crocheted earlier, sl st into any of dc of the motif.
*ch 30, sl st into any of dc in next motif; repeat * until the last motif.
After attaching the last motif, crochet ch 30, Fasten off and cut the yarn.
