The puff hearts beanie starts with back loop single crochet ribbed band and works bottom up using 4 medium worsted weight yarn. The body of the hat is made with easy half double crochet stitches. The heart shapes in contrasting colors are made using puff stitches. The puff hearts are fun to work up by carrying the yarn through the stitches.
I used the same technique to make bobbles & Stripes Santa Hat, Christmas Stocking and Pumpkin. I hope you love this beanie and try it yourself to gift for your loved ones and treat yourself.

Looks like Row 12 should say slip stitch to first stitch instead of to first puff stitch. There aren’t any puff stitches in row 12. Im loving this hat pattern! Thank you so much!
